Application for a Free Wind Inspection

A Program Administered By the Department of Financial Services
You are eligible to apply if you live in a single-family detached, site-built home. In order for us to provide information about potential insurance discounts in your inspection report please have your insurance policy on hand. We will ask you for the amount of your dwelling coverage (Coverage A), hurricane premium and hurricane deductible, as listed on your Homeowners Insurance Declarations page.

       (A site-built home is built at its permanent and final location.)

* 4. Is the home to be inspected a single-family detached dwelling?
       (A single-family detached dwelling sits on its own lot and is not physically attached        to any other home.)

      * Year that home was built (ex: 2001)
* 5. Would you like to provide information from an insurance policy that insures         your home for hurricane/wind damage?
