1. Once you are approved as an inspection company, you can register as many inspectors as you need to as long as they meet the minimum qualification requirements. |

2. All inspection reports on the system will flow through online QA validation processes and sent to your QA section for final approval or rejection. |

3. Approved reports are sent automatically to all parties connected to the inspection by email and pdf, in addition to being stored for future use through secure access. |

4. Rejected reports are sent back to the inspector with rejection notes for correction. |

1. All approved inspectors must either submit an approved and recent back ground check or one will be conducted by Inspection Depot. The cost of this analysis is approximately $50-60. |

2. Initial set up and training $300 - (may be negotiated depending on volume or participation with other inspectors training). |

3. All approved inspection companies must commit to a drug free workforce program, conduct random drug analysis and certify that all inspectors are following the same program. |

4. Qualified inspection companies will pay per inspection report at $5 per report. |

1. Once approved, field inspectors will work underneath an approved inspection entity for processing and QA of inspection reports that require over sight and licensed signatures, such as roof licenses, electricians, etc. |

2. Inspectors simply log in and upload data and photographs. |

3. Approved Inspection company notified on uploaded inspection reports and commences QA reviews. |

4. 100% of inspection reports are reviewed and either accepted or rejected. |
