I am an Inspector / Inspection Company

How To Become a Member

At PaperlessInspectors.com we’ve found that many inspectors working on their own are completing forms for agents incorrectly because they haven’t been properly trained, are not insured, have dodgy backgrounds or are guaranteeing they will save clients at least the cost of the inspection fee. These are all red flags for our industry and PaperlessInspectors.com is working to eliminate these companies competing against reputable inspectors like yourself.

Once you are approved for the program, you will carry the CII designation. CII’s follow a strict Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics for all inspections and surveys performed. Click here to view these policies.

You must meet the minimum criteria below and provide copies of the following along with a $125 application fee for each inspector which includes the background check, drug test and processing fees for the application and company review:

The fee for the background check is included in your application fee.

Drug Test

All inspectors must submit to and pass a 5-panel drug test before they are allowed in the field. You and your company must also abide by a strict, zero-tolerance drug policy subjecting you to random drug testing by PaperlessInspectors.com.
The first test is paid by the inspector included in the application fee. All subsequent tests sent to be completed randomly are paid for by PaperlessInspectors.com unless positive results are received.
