Our approved inspectors and companies are guaranteed to be:
-Properly trained and qualified
We have inspectors with various backgrounds including licensed engineers, general contractors, My Safe Florida Home inspectors, building inspectors, and more. All have undergone our rigorous orientation, 4-point and disaster training courses, as well as passed our online exam and must pass monthly technical examinations. We also hold various continuing education seminars throughout the year and inspectors must receive a minimum of 12 Continuing Education hours per year to remain active on the system

All inspectors/companies must carry the following insurances to protect you and your clients
General Liability Insurance
Auto Insurance- Workman’s Comp Insurance or an Exemption
Background checked
You and your clients are trusting your inspector and allowing them into their home. Rest assured that our inspectors have gone through a thorough background check so you can rest assured that you aren’t allowing a pedophile or thief into a client’s home.
Drug tested
All inspectors must pass a 5-panel drug test before they are allowed in the field and abide by a strict, zero-tolerance drug policy subjecting them to random drug testing.
Provides complete experience disclosure
In order to guarantee your inspectors know what they are doing, we require complete experience disclosure upon registration. If they do not have minimum experience, they are not permitted to inspect through the program.
