Caution! Choosing Unqualified inspectors |

We have already been approached by inspectors that have not been approved by the
state but still marketing themselves as qualified inspectors. Maybe they did not pass
the background check where previous felonies prevented their approval, maybe they
failed the drug test, maybe they do not have the correct insurance or worse again
maybe they have done no training what so ever and have only one objective on their
mind.

In all, the last thing any home owner wants to do is to choose an unqualified inspector
to do their inspection. It may not be accepted by the state, may put the home owner
at risk to felons in their homes and may cost a lot more than the inspection fee
they charge.
