2 of 3 roofing companies I calexl for estimates said “you must have AAA insurance!” He was here MAYBE 15 min & determined we need a new roof! Do you receive money for every roof you say must be replaced! Everyone says must be a scam!’ Small water mark on a bedroom was from before roof replaced last time! Of course he put in his report line it was new. ??

We apologize for your experience. Our inspectors are tasked with being completely objective with our analysis. We do not get involved with any roofing contractors and maintain a strict non conflict of interest policy.

His inspection was no problem but the fact that I am not entitled to any information about the report at time of inspection isn’t fair. I’m the customer paying for the inspection not Insurance company. I should be given an idea if they think I pass or not. I should not have to wait for a detailed report!
