Karen Adatto9/21/2025 12:40:26 AM Im an out of state realtor who was less than thrilled with the reviews I read about the inspection company that my realtor suggested I use on the home I was purchasing in Apollo Beach. I took to the internet myself and googled home inspection companies in the AB area and more than a few came up. BeingHi a 37 year professional in residential real estate in NJ I knew the key words to look for, but, with all the 5 star reviews, and I mean there were plenty of them for Dan in his regular Home Inspection company, Insight Home Inspections, LLC , I later questioned Dan if he was a licensed Wood Destroying Insects inspector and he replied that he was licensed under the company Termite Depot. My son attended the inspection for me and he said that Dan did a very thorough inspection and was very good at answering any question that he had for him. His report is clear and easy to read and we had it in our email that same night. I was very pleased with my selection of
Dan Horton of Termite Depot for my Wood Detroying Insect inspection and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending him to family, neighbors, and or friends at any time.

He was punctual, polite and friendly, conducted all his inspections thoroughly and efficiently, and obtained and delivered photographs of all aspects. He provided detailed information and explanations on site, and his reports, which are excellent, detailed, comprehensive, and include repair/replacement recommendations and links to service providers, were delivered the day after his inspections.
