He was punctual, polite and friendly, conducted all his inspections thoroughly and efficiently, and obtained and delivered photographs of all aspects. He provided detailed information and explanations on site, and his reports, which are excellent, detailed, comprehensive, and include repair/replacement recommendations and links to service providers, were delivered the day after his inspections.
