Mark Davis1/1/2025 2:25:33 PM Inspector turned off circuit breaker to water heater without informing me. Three days later no hot water and called a service company. Company found the circuit breaker after testing the water heater for power. Turned it back on. Fee...$85.00.

Frank10/9/2024 1:08:13 PM Michael did a great job resolving the drain blockage which wound up being 112 feet away from the drain. It was 11pm, dark outside and wet, but Michael stayed until he was able to clear the blockage. Can’t say enough nice things about him.
