All the process from calling for information the first time to scheduling the inspection and the inspection it self was very pleasent and professional. The only improvement will be to received the 4 point inspection within t 24 to 48 hours, we received it until the 3rd day in the afternoon and it was time sensitive to obtain a new insurance befor the 1rst on next month. Otherwise the service was exellent. Will contact Inspection Depot in the future and recommend it. Thank you Kim and Michael!

100jramirez: VERY UPSET PH. Called Michael Orgill incompetent and various other names. She was not pleased because he put in the report that there was no permit and the roof was original. I went to the City of Coral Gables building department and was very EASILY pulled the roof permit for the new roof that was done in 2007. Uploaded permit, changed report and resent to agent and PH. Rated inspector a 1 in profile.

Received call from agent that there was incorrect information on the report. The Nail was a 6D nail but selected C on RDA and picture captioned was 8D. Also, the opening protection was A1 and the inspector selected A3 for OP.
