I had an inspection performed by John on 04/09. He came out and performed the inspection, however could not fit and inspect the crawlspace which was advised from the beginning. John had a very unpleasant attitude about the crawlspace and advised that no one could fit. This resulted in another inspector having to come out and complete the inspection.

I work with Susan Kennedy who has worked with Ameripro for years and highly recommended Ameripro. I was also given Ameripro's information by Taulant. My client had an inspection performed 04/08 by John. Everything went well on the inspection, except the roof was never inspected and there was never any discussion from the inspector as to why. He was unprofessional and was not detail oriented.

I was referred to AmeriPro by Taulant and had John come perform my inspection. I was told that it would take 3-4 hours to perform the inspection and it would be thorough. John was onsite for an hour and a half and did not go through the inspection. Would not refer this inspector to any future clients.
