On time, Very professional, was nice and thorough, communicated very well the minor, moderate or major defects and offered solutions and recommendations for them, and did his best in more to make sure the whole process wasn’t painful. Was a great inspector! Definitely would recommend him to anyone else I know. A job well done!

Jamaal was excellent. Gave me the best news possible (the property I'm purchasing is block with stucco when I thought it was frame!). Would definitely recommend Jamaal to anyone purchasing a home. Courteous and detailed. The pictures on the inspection report came out upside down, but no big deal. :-)
