German Gutierrez12/16/2024 1:57:21 PM Mr. Alvarez was more than courteous. He kept me informed on his arrival time. For a change he showed up exactly at 09:00 hours. Very respectful and informative. He politely asked if taking pictures of the interior was allowed and then did it very cautiously.
Mr. Alvarez then took images of the outside of the house and then impressively flew a drone where he was able to ascertain the condition of our new roof.
If someone were to ask me about Mr. Alvarez, I would gladly recommend that he would be the selected inspector. All very professional and done proficiently to finish his inspection.
