David is a wonderful human being. Truly a gentleman and a professional. Extremely knowledgeable. The first time I talked with David, he was able to inspect the property the next day. Pretty incredible that he lives across the street from the property that I needed to have inspected. David answered all my questions in a way for me to understand. He even took the time to just converse me, which made me feel good. I recieved all my reports quickly. David was miticuously about all the aspects of my concerns.
