The Inspector did not wear a mask during these times of a pandemic which was very disappointing. This is my own personal home and I expected at least a courtesy discount, given the amount of business I have referred to you over many years. There was confusion on the pricing after several conversations. The WDO was a waste of time and money, as he provided photos showing ‘owners belongings - unable to see areas’ . My annual termite inspection is always thorough and provides a real evaluation - even with owner belongings. Sorry to say I am rethinking recommending you guys going forward. How do I rate Colin? I can not give him an accurate number of stars for these reasons. He hopefully did discover all the issues, we will not know that till the buyer closes. He was not at all upbeat, he complained about the heat numerous times and the long drive he had to take to get to St Augustine. My buyer did not know me and since the last inspection with Colin, I had requested to never have him again, as he made my customers uncomfortable and that was the only reason. I pray that there are no other issues than those noted. As for Ameripro, when I first used them, they provided a handy notebook for a new owner that included maintenance checks by month, year etc. I did not expect the notebook but I did expect it to be in digital form. Would I hire Ameripro for my buyers again? Most likely but I will make sure that I read the bio of the inspector available for St Augustine. I do understand that you can not have all inspectors to be friendly or happy to be there, but I do expect them to give the buyers confidence as your inspection prices are high for our area.

The inspection went well and inspector was very pleasant.Only problem is we have YET to receive the report and it's now Saturday OCT 31st.. I called twice on Friday and we were told to receive the report that same day.. We are still waiting and face the potential of loosing out on an opportunity as we are now beyond the 10 day window to provide the report back to the seller.And inspection is obsolete without a report!
