We purchased our home Nov. 2023 at 9659 Whittington Dr. Jax. Fl. 32257 and we realized after moving in, things that should have been obvious were missed. Mostly with electrical switches, breakers tripping for no good reason. Still dealing with some of it, and will likely have to have a new breaker box and new wires ran to get up to code. I realize I am probably sending this review in vain, and don’t anticipate anything coming from my very late response. But, can assure you that I will not refer anyone your way.

We have looked at the inspection report that was completed almost a year ago, and all of the issues you are reporting now are clearly marked on the major section of the report. We identified the aluminum wiring and main panel issues under major, and recommended replacement and to have it looked at by an electrician. There were many other issues reported also.
