My rating dropped to 3 stars because the inspection report was not sent to my insurance company, who is now threatening to cancel my policy. Ovation Home Insurance Exchange is responsible for paying half of the inspection cost, so AmeriPro should have been in contact with them. I didn't receive a link to the report until 1 month after the inspection, which I have since forwarded to my insurance agent.

Unfortunately as your insurance carrier pays for half the inspection, they are sent a copy of the report also. We have checked your account and multiple emails were sent to your email during various stages of the inspection process, updating you with progress, and including report access links and access codes to your account to download the same report. If your agent was provided to us and connected to your account, they too would have access to the report, as long as permission for the agent was given. Sometimes these emails are picked up as spam on our clients end and we apologize for this mix up. Thank you again. | |
